Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws. Where required by law, refunds may be issued outside this policy.
After a refund, you'll have 90 days of read-only access to export your diary entries. After 90 days, your data will be permanently deleted per our Privacy Policy, unless retention is required by law.
We don't offer partial refunds for unused subscription time, except where required by law. If you cancel mid-period, you keep access until the end of your billing cycle.
The 14-day refund window applies only to your first purchase. Subsequent renewals or plan changes are not eligible for refunds.
Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel. We will send you a reminder email at least 7 days before your renewal date. You can cancel anytime before the renewal date to avoid being charged. Cancellation is easy and can be done directly from your account settings or by contacting support.
We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of abuse or fraud, including but not limited to: repeated refund requests, obvious service misuse, or fraudulent payment activity. We trust our users, but we need to protect the sustainability of haru for everyone.

This Refund Policy and any disputes arising from it are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding related to this Refund Policy shall be brought exclusively in the Tokyo District Court, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights under the laws of your country of residence.
